§1 Scope and Provider

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from Yung Legal Ventures, henceforth referred to as “Provider,” available on “yung.legal”. The Provider offers merchandise such as posters, hoodies, ringtones, collectibles, etc., to fans, along with a blog containing the Provider’s story.

§2 Contract Conclusion

By placing an order on our website, the customer enters into a binding contract with the Provider. The ordering process involves the customer adding selected items to the shopping cart, choosing a payment method, and confirming the purchase by clicking the “Place Order” button. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer upon receipt of the order. The contract is considered concluded when the Provider sends an order acceptance via email.

§3. Prices, Shipping Costs, and Delivery

3.1 Prices

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of the applicable VAT.

3.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and are fulfilled via DHL. There are no delivery restrictions, and shipping is available globally.

3.3 Delivery

Delivery times range from 1-2 weeks from the order confirmation. Should any item be unavailable for shipping, the customer will be informed promptly.

§4. Payment Methods

The Provider accepts most payment methods, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. For more info access: Shipping & Payments

§5. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. Detailed instructions on exercising the right of withdrawal, including the withdrawal procedure, effects, and withdrawal form, are provided separately.

§6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment is received.

§7 Copyright and Trademarks

All content provided by the Provider, including texts, photographs, logos, and trademarks, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Customers are granted a license to use the purchased products for personal use only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without express permission from the Provider.

§8 Liability

The Provider is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for breach of contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

§9 Data Protection

The Provider complies with data protection regulations. Personal data collected during the ordering process is used solely for processing the order unless the customer has expressly consented to further use. Detailed information is provided in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

§10 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC and contracts concluded between the Provider and customers are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and the Provider is the Provider’s place of business, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.

§11 Final Provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision.
