Refund & Returns & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product isn’t used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please provide your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the returned product back to us.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from the shipped address.

Sale Items

Sale items can also be refunded, except if stated otherwise.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us. Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase – and if not yet shipped. Please contact us per email to initiate a cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
